Memorial Day holiday: which city services close and which stay open

District government offices, libraries, and DMV service centers will be closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Trash and recycling collection will slide one day for the rest of the week, so Monday routes will be collected on Tuesday.

Emergency services, 911, and 311 online reporting remain available as usual. Recreation centers with outdoor pools will follow their posted holiday hours.
